Laboratories/8:15-16:30
Site (Plant)/8:00 to 16:15
All site with flextime system
Holiday Fixed at 124 days per year (125 days for leap year)
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays,
Anniversary, May 1, and May 2
On the 17th of the first year of paid holidays,
Accumulated paid holidays,
Special leave (work-life balance leave, refresh leave, voluntary leave),

Those who have graduated from universities and graduate schools since March 1, 2021 and are regular employees and non contract employees as of March 1, 2022.

Main business Mainly in charge of business development and business operations in the "0→1" stage*1 and "1→10" stage*2 I routinely use English in my work. ※1: Stages in which business concepts are compiled through idea generation, market/customer surveys, business model building, business planning, PoC, etc. (verify of Customer Problem Fit, Problem Solution Fit). ※2:Establish a Solution Product Fit, Product Market Fit by examining the business concept and making it into a viable business.
